The new SPECTROLAB metal analyzer has improved analytical performance, enhanced flexibility, and made operation more convenient. It can be customized according to user requirements, with ten standard substrates: iron, aluminum, copper, nickel, cobalt, magnesium, titanium, tin, lead, and zinc. It can also be combined with five precious metal substrates: gold, silver, platinum, palladium, and ruthenium to meet various analytical requirements and is widely used in industries such as metal smelting, metal processing, and recycling.
The optical system of LAB combines the advantages of two detectors: photomultiplier tubes and CCD detectors. The mechanical structure of the optical system is exceptionally robust, while reducing the internal space volume. Internal constant temperature and pressure ensure that the optical system is not affected by external environmental changes and influences. UV-PLUS patented technology is used to ensure measurement in the far ultraviolet spectral range. The sealed light chamber is filled with high-purity gas before the instrument leaves the factory to ensure the transmittance of far ultraviolet spectra. The argon gas inside the light chamber is driven by a molecular thin film pump to circulate to the purification device to ensure high purity of the internal argon gas.
